When will I receive my booklet?
After you have submitted all the information and photos we will start working on your home guide booklet. Based on the amount of demand it might take us from a couple of days up to a week to complete the design. Delivery generally takes about a week.
How do I add content to my booklet?
We have put together an online form system to collect all the information and photos you would like to include in your home guide booklet. The questions are categorised into four forms which can be submitted separately at any convenient time.
Will I be able to make changes to my booklet as needed?
You can make changes to your submitted information before your booklet goes to printing.
Can I choose the colour used in my booklet?
Yes, you can. One of our forms contains a list of colours which you can choose from. If you have a specific colour in mind, you can provide its HEX code in our form.
Can I use my booklet for multiple listings?
Keep in mind that your home guide booklet will contain photos and manuals for appliances which usually are unique in each home. However, if the information you have provided in your booklet is applicable to multiple listings of yours and they are located in the same neighbourhood then you can use the same booklet for multiple listings.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can. Our refund policy states in which cases you can claim a refund if you are not happy with your purchase.
